UX Design
Siur Jobs is a placement platform created by Siur Mohot to help students and graduates efficiently find job opportunities in visual communication, UI/UX, interior architecture, and more.
Before the platform, job postings were scattered across WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls, making it difficult for graduates to track opportunities and for employers to reach the right candidates. Siur Jobs solves this issue by centralizing all relevant information in one place, providing an easy and structured way to showcase portfolios and resumes.
Through a supportive community, Siur Jobs streamlines the job search process, improves communication between graduates and employers, and helps talents integrate into the workforce smoothly and efficiently.
Graduates and employers struggle to find the right match.
Before Siur Jobs, graduates struggled to find job opportunities, as listings were scattered across emails and messages, making it hard to track and apply. Many opportunities were missed, causing frustration.
Employers also faced challenges in identifying and evaluating candidates efficiently due to the lack of a centralized platform.
To solve this, I designed Siur Jobs, a structured and user-friendly job board that simplifies job searching and candidate discovery.
An intuitive recruitment platform for employers and students.
The project offers an intuitive platform that simplifies the recruitment and employment process. Employers can easily search and filter candidates, while students can upload professional portfolios and resumes. The platform centralizes all essential information, helping to manage connections in an organized and efficient manner.
